What Postage and delivery methods do you use?

We dispatch our products to you via Royal-Mail Services , other couriers will be used for larger items/orders and will require a signature on delivery.

How long will an order take to arrive?

Generally 3-4 working days. Should there be any delay you will be notified by e-mail.

How much is delivery?

Delivery ranges from £1.99 and £6.99 and is free on orders over £80 in the UK. Particularly small or light items will be charged at cost if it is less than the standard Royal mail postage charge.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes. We ship orders worldwide. Delivery is charged at cost and sent the most economical rate. If you require a quote before ordering then let us know.

The post man left a card whilst I was out what do I do?

The postman will leave you a card with an id number on if you are not in, this will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days for you to collect.
